Daniela Hupfeld is Commercial Director at Pierre & Vacances for Spain, leading the sales department and building the new revenue management team. Daniela is directly responsible for the revenue management itself as well as for managing sales, reservations, online marketing and communication. Daniela has extensive experience in yield management, having held positions in companies such as Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts, Europcar, NH Hotels and Radisson Hotels.

Deniel has been working for more than 15 years in the profession of Revenue Management, in various roles at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Concorde Hotels, Sofitel, and four years abroad for Principal Hotels in the UK. Since 2018 Deniel has been Vice President Revenue Management at H-Hotels.com. Deniel is also teaching revenue management at hospitality-focused schools and universities and is a member of the Revenue Management Expert Circle at HSMA Germany.

H-Hotels.com is one of the largest hotel operators in Germany. The family-run company is based in Bad Arolsen, Hesse, with around 3.000 employees. The portfolio includes the brands Hyperion, H4 Hotels, H+ Hotels, H2 Hotels, as well as H.omes and H.ostels, which are marketed and distributed under the umbrella brand H-Hotels.com

Michaela’s background is hotel business. She joined mega-chains such as Accor, Hilton, and Ramada before working for a European voluntary hotel chain from 1991 – 2000. There she took full responsibility for the companies’ distribution strategy. In 2001, Michaela founded h2c, a privately-owned hospitality services company with clients worldwide, mainly in Europe and the Middle East. Michaela has in-depth knowledge of hospitality distribution strategies and technologies.

Her company h2c provides professional services for hotel chains and independent hotels who want to optimize their direct and indirect sales channels and better understand the hotel technology landscape.

H2c launched CONTtest a few years ago, a central database that helps hoteliers distribute their static content to third-party websites such as OTAs, Metas, Review Sites, etc. Additionally, Michaela and her team assist hotel chains in finding suitable technology partners. H2c conducts in-depth research studies and system benchmarks.

Christin supports national and international hotel chains and individual hotels in implementing and optimizing their e-commerce and distribution strategies. In her role at h2c, she is responsible for versatile customer projects covering the entire spectrum of online distribution and content management. Christin leads the development of CONTtest, h2c’s proprietary channel manager for static content, enabling the centralized management of hotel descriptions in various (OTA) channels.
