An energetic Distribution and Revenue Management professional with a proven track record of profitable yield management, forecasting, and reservation skills. Broad-ranging experience encompassing four hotel openings, two hotel takeovers, leading role for installations of various Front Office & Revenue systems such as PMS (Opera/Suite8), DMS (Sabre Hospitality/TravelClick/Trust) and RMS(IDeaS) and cut over to private label on GDS.

Jens Egemalm, Director of Distribution at Pandox

Pandox is a leading owner of hotel properties in Europe with a focus on sizeable hotels in key leisure and corporate destinations. Friederike supports national and international hotel chains in the area of technology selection processes, e-marketing, content management, and distribution channel optimization. Another focus of her work is market research in terms of global online travel markets and the support of h2c’s own studies on the development and trends of hotel IT systems.

Christin Haensel, Director at h2c GmbH

Christin supports national and international hotel chains as well as individual hotels in implementing and optimizing their e-commerce and distribution strategies. In her leading role at h2c, she is responsible for versatile customer projects that cover the entire spectrum of online distribution and content management. Christin leads the development of CONTtest, h2c’s proprietary channel manager for static content that enables the centralized management of hotel descriptions in various (OTA) channels.
