Ralf Eggert | SHS Swiss Innovation Day

Ralf Eggert is a recognized expert for digital language assistants. He is one of only 38 Alexa Champions worldwide and also part of the Bixby Premier Developer Program. In addition, his agency Travello GmbH is recommended as Alexa's official partner agency. We spoke to him about challenges when implementing voice technology in a hotel environment.
