As Director MICE & Leisure Distribution Northern Europe, she is responsible for strategic planning, collaborating with international stakeholders, and amplifying the company’s digital B2B value chain services. Katja laid the foundation of her career by training as a hospitality manager, receiving European qualifications in hotel management. Katja completed a traineeship program in the UK before moving to operations and sales at Starwood Hotels Germany. She is passionate about developing young talent and start-up mentoring.
