Pedro Colaco is the CEO and President of Guestcentric Systems, which he Co-Founded in October 2006. He boasts a proven track record of driving successful product development,marketing, sales and channel management efforts in the global market.
Prior to his current role, he was Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Corvil, a software start-up funded by Apax Partners and Cisco Systems. During his tenure at Corvil he built a global Product Management and Marketing organization to support a sales team of over 60 professionals focused on the financial industry in New York City and London.
Pedro is a multi-lingual advisor and thought leader across the international travel tech landscape, speaking five languages and having lived in four countries throughout his career.

João Pinto Coelho, Sales Director at Onyria Hotels & Resorts Group
João Pinto Coelho boasts a long history as Director of Sales & Commercial at the Onyria Hotels & Resorts Group, a chain with properties and golf courses across Portugal's top tourism hotspots, including Cascais, metropolitan Lisbon, and the Algarve. Appointed as the Group's Director of Sales in 2004, he has contributed to a wide range of key projects for the group, including the opening of Onyria Palmares Beach House Hotel in the Algarve in 2016, and a large-scale renovation project during the first lockdown of 2020 for the Hotel Quinta de Marinha Golf Resort in his native Cascais.
The passion for hospitality runs deep in his veins. But João takes his qualities as a host beyond his hotel chain. As the author of the blog “LocalCascais.com” he invites all that read it to know the town where he has lived his entire life, and that he believes to be, without beating around the bush, “the most charming in Europe”. All because of the perfect way that the beach, nature, and history blend together.

Ben Thomas, Chief Commercial Officer at Penta Hotels
Ben Thomas is a commercial and operational strategist who partners with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and revenue leaders to bring financial success to hotel operations. After spending over a decade in senior general management roles in the hotel industry, Ben recently moved into a newly created role in the Pentahotels central office in Frankfurt, leading the commercial team through the ongoing global pandemic, focusing on creating efficiencies and driving profitability.
When not commuting to the office in Frankfurt, Ben can be found at home in the UK, spending time with his wife, young son, and a growing army of pets. Sports remain a massive passion in his life, mainly following football and his beloved Manchester United.

David Chestler is an iconic figure within hospitality and travel, with a passion for hotel technology that has allowed him to forge a rich career with more than 30 years in the industry. Known as 'The Revenue Catalyst', he is currently Sr. Partner and Managing Director - Global Sales Execution at Provision-Partners.
Prior to his consultancy Chestler held senior management positions at Kognitiv, SiteMinder, Sceptre Hospitality Resources (SHR), RateGain, Pegasus Solutions, Birch Street Systems, Visual Data Corp/Onstream Media, and most recently serving as an Allied Board Member at Hedna.org. Today, David is strategically focused on new opportunities in Travel and Distribution while remaining a strategic investor in SaaS companies. In addition to HEDNA, David is active with HTNG, HFTP, HSMAI and Skål. Daniella Boeken, Group Vice President Commercial and Member of the Executive Board at Ruby GmbH
Daniella Boeken is the Group Vice President Commercial and Member of the Executive Board at Ruby GmbH. In her role, Daniella is responsible for the strategic direction of Ruby’s commercial departments, including Sales; Marketing; Revenue Management; Reservations and Workspaces.
Born in the Netherlands, Daniella has been active in the international hospitality industry for 15+ years, in New Zealand; China; Hong Kong and Germany. Daniella studied international hospitality management at the Hotel School The Hague and has worked professionally for global hotel chains such as IHG and Marriott in the areas Rooms Division; F&B; Sales and Revenue Management. Daniella developed a track record as a commercial leader, developing structures, processes, and synergies between different teams, in order to grow revenues while increasing efficiency. Prior to her current role, Daniella was active at the HR Group, where she built up the commercial departments as Commercial Vice President. Her hotel portfolio included 35+ hotels with brands from various franchise partners including Hyatt; Accor; Dorint; Wyndham and Deutsche Hospitality.

Steffi Breitsprecher, Director of Revenue & Distribution at MEININGER Hotels
Steffi Breitsprecher started her career working for a tour operator specialized in groups business before she joined MEININGER Hotels overlooking the revenue and distribution for six hotels, initially. Within 14 years Steffi has built an international team that has been instrumental in supporting the growth across the MEININGER hotel group planning to operate a total of 33 hotels by the end of 2021 with new openings in Austria, France and Switzerland.
As Director of Revenue & Distribution Steffi is responsible for the hotel group’s selling strategy across 10 markets constantly optimizing profits and efficiency. Steffi is also member of the Revenue Management & Pricing advisory board at HSMA Germany e.V.
Gavin Eccles, Aviation expert, and Management Consultant & Professor (Aviation and Tourism)
Gavin Eccles has worked across the world to link Aviation and Tourism development and has been associated with airlines, hotels, airports, and tour operators. Previous roles included development in British Airways and consultancy projects for United Airlines, American Airlines, Qantas, and supporting the development of low-cost carriers to tourist destinations. In Portugal, Gavin has been the advisor to the Board of Visit Portugal on aviation development and working on numerous projects with ANA Airports Portugal on opening international air routes to the country. With hotels, Gavin has worked with numerous chains and has had secondment positions at TUI. Gavin has been awarded a Master of Philosophy from the University of Surrey and an Honours Degree in Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

Kyp Charalambous, Vice President of Sales at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai
With more than 23 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, Kyp Charalambous joined Atlantis, The Palm post resort opening in 2009 as Director of Sales. After eight years of delivering outstanding commercial results, Charalambous was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2017.
The appointment places Charalambous, at the helm of the Sales department of Dubai’s leading entertainment resort, where he leads an engaged team of Sales Managers and Directors to drive the overall sales strategy for the resort, Charalambous role sees him playing a significant role in maximizing room revenue, occupancy and market share for Atlantis, The Palm as well as having responsibility for continuing to grow the resort’s share in all feeder markets and ensuring the resort's presence throughout existing and developing regions. Also, Charalambous plays an integral role in increasing business for the resort’s Imperial Club and Suites offering whilst continuing to deliver innovative and integrated campaigns across Sales, Marketing, and PR.
